I also found the cost of repair, plus shipping, plus stringing revenue lost during the repair was on a par with just getting a new one. The last one I had lasted the longest, a couple of years without a problem and I do quite lot of stringing, but when the second one went belly up I actually sent it back three times, before finally they just sent me a new one. My experience with sending them back for repair is to forget it and just get a new one. Over a span of about twenty years I've had four 2086 machines with a fifth one coming from TW.
